Our Story

We are a family-owned business comprised of 3 sons: Sam, Max, and Alex; along with our father Jim Frawley. The strive to protect athletes began in 2011 within the world of CrossFit, when Sam fell in love with the discipline, worked towards obtaining his L1 & started coaching CrossFit full-time.

From there, he got the idea to create a product to help protect his collarbone during movements commonly performed in most CrossFit classes (Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead, etc.) and after some family discussion, we took the first steps toward creating the VieVest.

The current VieVest design has come to us after multiple design iterations, hours on end of rigorous testing, & valuable feedback from fitness enthusiasts to ensure we have a product that best protects the person wearing it.

As mentioned above, our goal is to provide the ultimate product for collarbone, shoulder, & spine protection during common barbell movements. If there is any feedback - positive or negative - we would love to hear it so we can continually improve to provide the best product possible to our customers.
